This release delivers a more powerful and refined Ovee experience for both organisations and professionals (talent), with a strong focus on usability, visibility, and workforce activation.
Users will notice significant workflow enhancements, including improved support for associated organisations, favourite pools, enhanced candidate matching, and refreshed dashboard panels. The Experience History capability has also been expanded, providing greater visibility and control over work experience data for professionals, supported by ongoing AI-assisted profile enhancements.
A new Global Search capability has been introduced, enabling organisations and professionals to quickly locate people, roles, pools, and workstreams directly from the top navigation bar. This feature is always accessible, allowing for fast navigation and seamless access to key records across the platform.
In addition, this release includes a wide range of usability improvements and refinements across messaging, opportunities, My Work, visibility controls, and workstream management (currently in beta), making the platform more intuitive and efficient for day-to-day use.

This release makes it easier than ever to nurture and activate talent across your workforce ecosystem.
What’s new
Message your entire pool or individuals
You can now send:
- Pool-wide messages to engage an entire talent pool, or
- Direct 1:1 messages to individual talent.
Clear sender identity with added security
When sending a message, you can choose whether it comes from:
- You personally
- Your team
- Your organisation
This added control improves transparency, governance, and trust.
Instant notifications
When a message is sent, recipients will:
- Receive a notification in the Ovee App
- Receive an email alert notifying them of the message
For security and audit purposes, responses can only be made within the Ovee App (email replies are not enabled).
We’re very excited about this enhancement. It makes it significantly easier to stay connected, nurture relationships, and activate talent proactively — not reactively.
This is another step forward in strengthening your Ovee talent ecosystem.

Ovee Major update will introduce several powerful new features, including:
- Organisation View of Worker Profiles: When a worker owns their own profile, organisations will now be able to create a view of that worker’s profile — allowing them to use the organisational view when browsing candidates or posting jobs.
Business benefit: Streamlines recruitment and workforce management by giving organisations faster access to an organisations view of relevant worker information. - Certification Start and End Dates: Both workers and organisations can now record start and expiry dates for certifications, improving accuracy and compliance.
Business benefit: Reduces compliance risk and ensures only up-to-date, qualified workers are assigned to shifts or roles. - Company-Level Skill Ratings: A new company-level rating (1 to 5) has been added across all skills and roles for clearer benchmarking.
Business benefit: Enables organisations to better match workers to roles based on verified capability levels, improving placement quality. - Australian Hosting: All parts of the Ovee Platform will now be fully hosted within Australia for improved performance and data security.
