Pete Tsakissiris

Founder, Ovee

From building games on a Commodore 64 at age 12 to leading major transformation programs across Australia and APAC, Peter has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of people, technology, and change. Having advised Boards and executive teams at organisations including IBM, DXC Technology, Gartner, and Avanade, and led programs worth over $100M with teams of 300+, one belief has remained constant: technology only creates value when it works for people.

That belief led to the creation of Ovee. Built on the idea that organisations don’t have a recruitment problem but a visibility and activation problem, Ovee helps businesses better understand their workforce, unlock hidden capability, and mobilise talent more effectively. Today, Peter is focused on helping organisations embed AI and technology in ways that align workforce capability, operating models, and execution to deliver meaningful outcomes.
